The ISHP Sport Specific Performance Assessments are designed to provide a competitive edge and in-competition advantage.  Using state-of-the-art technology and objective performance metrics, we offer the athlete an ultra-personalized testing experience so they can eliminate performance weaknesses and dominate at their game or sport.  

 

ISHP UNDERSTANDS Sport.  

 

With advanced performance analysis, we will help the athlete, coach or trainer understand several factors of performance including:

HOCKEY

For Hockey Players who want to skate faster, shoot harder, improve reaction time, improve puck movement and improve agility on the ice.

 

The results of the hockey-specific testing, conducted over two days, will provide the athlete with actionable insights to train and improve their aerobic fitness, increase their speed, improve their agility and coordination, increase their strength and power, as well as decrease the risk of injury on the ice during practice and while in a competitive game situation. 

 

Baseline concussion testing is recommended in addition to this package.

Skiing Downhill

DOWNHILL SKI

For Skiers who want to explode out the gates, cut down air resistance, ski faster and with confidence, decrease their edge angle, and reduce their risk of injury.   

 

The athlete will receive key performance measurements from the two-day Downhill Skiing Specific testing that will help them strengthen, stabilize their core, increase their power, increase their aerobic and anaerobic endurance, improve their coordination and motor skills, balance, and mobility so they are well-trained and ready to sustain performance in a demanding and competitive environment.

 

Baseline concussion testing is recommended in addition to this package. 

RUGBY

For the Rugby players who want to pass more accurately, run faster, tackle stronger, and scrummage better.  

 

The results of the rugby-specific testing, which is completed over two testing days, will provide the athlete with objective measurements to improve their anaerobic and aerobic fitness, speed, mobility and flexibility, agility and coordination, power and strength, and reduce the risk of injury so they are well-prepared for intense practice sessions and games. 

 

Baseline concussion testing is recommended in addition to this package.

Rugby Tackle
Mud Obstacle Course

OCR

For the OCR athlete who wants to compete like a champion and overcome any obstacle while being put through the ultimate test of strength and endurance.

 

The results of the two-day OCR testing will provide the athlete with actionable insights to train and improve their aerobic endurance, speed, mobility, flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination, as well as reduce the risk of injury, so they are ready for when they are pushing themselves to their limits and testing their physical and mental fortitude.

 

Baseline concussion testing is recommended in addition to this package.

MARATHON

For the Marathon runner, who wants to improve their aerobic capacity, keep a consistent form and pace, develop good and strong posture, increase slow-twitch muscle fibers and increase lactate threshold while being put through the ultimate test of 26.2 miles.

 

The Marathon Runner-specific testing is completed over two days, and the results will provide athletes with actionable insights to train and improve their aerobic endurance, speed, mobility and flexibility, agility, balance and coordination, power and strength (while fatigued), as well as reduce the risk of injury so they are ready when they are pushing themselves to their limits.

TRIATHALON

For the Triathlete who wants to improve their swimming stroke, pedal stroke, speed and cadence, running form and pace, lower body mass and fat, aerobic capacity, increase lactate thresholds and improve muscular endurance while slaying the swimming, biking, and running parts of the race.  

 

The triathlon testing is completed over two days, and the results will provide the athlete with objective measurements so they can train and improve their aerobic endurance, speed, mobility, and flexibility, agility, balance and coordination, power, and strength as well as reduce the risk of injury while pushing themselves to their limits.

IRONMAN

For the Ironman athlete who wants to improve their swimming stroke, aerobic capacity, pedal stroke, speed, pace, running form and cadence; lower body mass and fat, and improve muscular endurance while defeating three rigorous distances in swimming, cycling, and running.

 

The results of the two days of testing, dedicated to the Ironman-specific testing will provide athletes with actionable insights into when to refuel during training and competition, understand zone training and lactate thresholds, train and improve their aerobic endurance, increase their speed, increase their mobility and flexibility, increase their agility, improve their balance and coordination, increase their power and strength, as well as lower their risk of injury when they are pushing themselves beyond their limits.

Boxing Session

BOXING

For Boxers who want to improve punching accuracy and power, mental and physical quickness, defense, and speed.

 

The results of the two-day, boxing-specific examination will give the athlete a deeper understanding of the enticing science they so dearly love. The goals are to increase their agility, coordination, power, speed, and mobility while also increasing their anaerobic and aerobic fitness levels and lowering their risk of injury. With this, they will be able to reach a new level of practicing efficiency, increasing their chances of winning matches.

 

Baseline concussion testing is highly recommended in addition to this package.

TENNIS

For Tennis players who want to improve footwork, approach, rally, and reflexes, optimize body composition, and increase versatility.

 

The Tennis Specific testing is conducted over two days, and the results will provide the athlete with objective measurements to enhance their aerobic and anaerobic fitness, flexibility, agility and coordination, power and strength, speed, and mobility as well as lower their risk of injury to improve their athletic readiness for practice and competition.

The results of the Baseball-specific testing, which is conducted over two days, will provide the athlete with objective measurements to improve their aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness, flexibility, agility and coordination, power and strength, speed, and mobility as well as lower their risk of injury to increase their athletic readiness for practice and games.

GOLF

For the golfer who wants to increase their drive distance, improve their putting accuracy, improve their range of motion, perfect the sequence of their swing and putting motion and improve the acceleration and deceleration (timing and accuracy) of your stroke.  

 

The results of the golf-specific testing, will provide the athlete with objective measurements to improve their fitness, flexibility and range of motion, coordination, power and strength, speed, as well as lower their risk of injury to increase their athletic readiness on and off the golf course.

BASKETBALL

For Basketball players who want to improve explosiveness, improve lateral quickness, improve offensive and defensive stamina, maintain consistent shooting form, and improve overall strength and conditioning while you Save Your All For The Last Ball.  

 

The findings of the basketball-specific testing, which is conducted over two testing days, will provide the player with precise measurements to raise their speed, mobility and flexibility, agility and coordination, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, strength and power, and lower the risk of injury.
